|Recommended: YesQuality place — I've had no issues so far with the community. Maintenance is quick to respond and office staff is super helpful. Parking isn't a huge problem as there is always a spot to park, you just might have to walk a little extra.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff — From day one the staff have been a huge help with any issues we had the property is beautiful the only reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness is due to the state of a few of the stairwells I've been through and various pet stains on the carpets through the halls. And my noise rating isn't due to fault of the property more as location my window overlooks the main road and gets rather noisy through the night and early mornings.

|Recommended: YesCustomer Survey — Overall, the apartment and its complex is not bad. Parking can be an issue, especially the size of the lots as it’s really narrow, plus the dumpsters being in the middle of the roads sometimes.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Promenade — Living at Promenade is like living at home. I was here in military orders, far away from home but the staff makes me feel welcome. The apts are in great condition and the amenities are awesome.
